Our client is growing construction company based in the heart of Chicago. They're looking for an experienced Superintendent with multi-family experience to help lead their local projects!
Responsibilities
- :Provide on-site leadership and supervision to ensure the successful execution of construction projects
- .Oversee and manage all daily construction activities, including coordination with subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control
- .Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on the construction site
- .Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- .Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards
- .Manage subcontractors, vendors, and other construction-related personnel to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- :Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- .Multi-family or mixed-use project experience preferre
- dExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- .Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the construction site
- .OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
- .Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
